Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.zekorei.com (the “Website”), including the account, sign-in, booking and notification features. The Website is operated for Zekorei Guest House (“we”, “us”, “our”), 3 Mkurnali Street, 4600 Kutaisi, Georgia.

By using the Website, creating an account or requesting a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use these features.

1. The service

The Website provides information about Zekorei Guest House and its rooms, allows you to check availability, request a booking, create an account, view your bookings and enable push notifications. Descriptions, photographs and amenities are provided in good faith for general information and may be updated. The Website does not process online payments.

2. Accounts and sign-in

• You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address or with Google Sign-In.
• You must use an email address that you control and provide accurate information.
• One account is created per email address. Do not share your account or give anyone else access to your email inbox.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed it.
• We may suspend or delete an account that is used for abuse, fraud or a breach of these Terms.

3. Bookings

• Sending a booking request does not by itself create a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email with the booking details.
• The price shown during the request is calculated automatically in Georgian lari (GEL) and is informational. The confirmed price is stated in the confirmation email. Prices include the charges shown at the time of booking.
• Payment is made in cash on arrival at the guest house. We currently do not accept card payments or online payments through the Website.
• Check-in is from 13:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible only if we confirm it in advance.
• The number of guests staying must match the booking. Additional guests may be refused or charged.
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Guests under 18 must stay with a responsible adult.

4. Cancellation and no-show

The cancellation policy that applies to your booking is shown during the request and repeated in the confirmation email. If we cannot honour a confirmed booking for reasons within our control, we will offer you a suitable alternative or cancel the booking at no charge.

5. Your stay

You agree to follow the house rules and instructions communicated by the guest house, to behave considerately towards other guests and neighbours, to respect quiet hours, and not to smoke indoors or carry out any unlawful activity on the premises. You are responsible for loss or damage caused by you or your guests through negligence or wilful misconduct. Valid identification may be requested at check-in.

6. Acceptable use of the Website

You must not:

• use automated tools to scrape, copy or overload the Website;
• attempt to gain access to another person’s account or to our systems;
• make false, speculative or abusive bookings;
• send spam or unlawful content through the Website or its contact channels;
• interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the Website.

We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

7. Third-party services and links

The Website uses Google Sign-In, Cloudflare Turnstile, our email provider and browser push services, and contains links to third-party websites such as Booking.com, Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, Telegram and WhatsApp. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Intellectual property

The Website, its design, text, photographs, logo and other content are owned by Zekorei Guest House or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or use requires our prior written permission.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Website available and accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing on the Website is a guarantee of room availability until a booking is confirmed.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data, or for events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes will be considered by the competent courts of Georgia. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter informally.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its version number and date. By continuing to use the Website after a change you accept the updated Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email or with a notice on the Website.
